Overall process was online. Starting from interview and onboarding etc was very quick and seamless. Before here, I have never seen any onboarding process so quick. At a point of time I had doubt about authenticity but later on when I did my due diligence, every thing got cleared.

Entretien
Consists of 3-4 Rounds including an Excel test, One interview taken by onshore client. more of behavioral / situation based questions,
they ask about current profile, company, cv, they are more concerned with how you would fit in the team. positive attitude and confidence would help.
