You first interview with your direct report and their direct report. They really want to learn about you and why you are interested in the role. Then there is a second round interview that you have with the Plant Director. He wants to learn about you as well and what you know/don't know.

The interviewer was kind and accommodating. It was over Zoom. All questions were behavioral. There is a second round of interview, I am waiting to hear back. The questions and general questions were good.

A long and drawn-out process with situational job questions. 4 interview rounds including phone screening by a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an assessment interview followed by a final interview with the Plant Director and HR.

Interview process was extremely long and tedious. The entire process took about two months in total with three different interviews. First interview with hiring manager and second with hiring manager as well as HR. Questions were straight forward.
