first contacted by a talent manager and then interviewed with the manager. Since it was a virtual interview, I was expecting to be able to see the manager. She apparently was driving in her car, so it was just me with my video on. It felt kind of awkward on my end.

Took too long, 5 interviews and 4 months for them to finally make a decision, I had to follow up constantly and I was asked to wait which was not very favourable
