Entretien
Head Hunted for a bench strength increase, significant leadership prior to joining the company. Difficult to get accurate read on company, multiple players with differing agendas often competing agendas. Team effort is not rewarded, however is needed to have any chance at success. Different metrics and language used interchangably during process.

Entretien
The phone interview was not fulfilled during the scheduled time. It had to be rescheduled and I had to reach out to my own LinkedIn contact to make it happen. Then I went through the full three rounds of interviews with promising and positive feedback. Very standard questions.
I felt positive that I would get the position but did not hear back for nearly a month and a half only to be declined for the position with no feedback. The hiring team seem the most concerned that their applicant had an understanding of the grueling training they’d endure before promoting to becoming a full blown SDL.
