The first interview was over the phone to pre-screen for a panel interview. It was pretty straight forward questions (previous job experience, why I left, challenges etc). Panel interview was informal and mostly relating to the specific skills needed. Most of interview seemed structured around performance, but there were a couple questions relating to personal life...like what was my favorite book and concerning hobbies...
