Quick easy and informal. Didn’t like the zoom aspect of the interview and was expecting a face to face at the plant but otherwise a good interview experience. I liked the fact that it was more or less talking about the job rather than my own experiences.

Entretien
Initially, I was interviewing with a female manager, but she had to leave out to assist someone within the warehouse. She told me to watch a training video. She informed me to let her know once I was done. Once, I completed the video, I went looking for her and was approached by a male supervisor. He immediately took over and wanted me to perform the 15-minutes hands-on exercise. The exercise consists of you lifting up to 40 lbs of products. He walked me over to the set and told me to start. He was not clear with instructions and did not follow instructions. I completed the hands-on training, then was asked a series of interview questions. He could not pronounce certain words within the interview questions so he spoke very low and soft. I had to ask him to repeat a few questions because I could not hear him. Then, he informed me that he was reading the wrong interview questions and proceeded to read the correct questions. After the interview, he informed me that women usually don't stay at this job. I found that to be highly unprofessional coming from a supervisor. He also stated they work a few weeks, get their paycheck and he never hears from them again. He also informed me that women are better at merchandising and many of the women convert over to that. I knew at this point that I was not working for this company even if I was offered a job. I wanted to put this review out there for women because it is a sexes job, and the male supervisor with the gold teeth that interviewed me was extremely unprofessional.
