Very positive a 2 part process with two levels of interviews. The initial process was a first interview personality and second was more pointed. The process was very personal and non threatening

the interview process is very lengthy. I went through 4 rounds of interviews, an online test, and a route ride with a RSR. Interviews were a lot about situational questions and telling about yourself. Not too hard but very in depth process.
