Entretien
The hiring and interview process is pretty simple. They will call you via phone to schedule a phone interview and will give you 15 min to sell yourself with the brief questions they may ask. Their questions mostly correlate with the position you are applying for as well as your resume, so be prepared to have an abbreviated and concise answer to anything worth explaining in your resume.
The in-person interview was scheduled 2-3 weeks after the initial phone interview. I advise those who are really eager to work here to be proactive and enthusiastic about working here and to call the interviewer back for feedback. It surprises them and lets them know you are serious.
The in-person interview is typical and is filled with "what-if" scenario's and "how-did-you-react" to certain scenario questions and they will be asking you if you know anything about SAP. That skill and knowing the program is a key part of getting this job on top of enthusiasm and smiling. You also should have a lot of confidence.
