The first step was a one on one campus interview. Then about a month later, Pepsi invited selected individuals to their facility in New Jersey for a plant tour, interviews, and case study. They hosted guests overnight with a dinner the night before the day of the interview. Great interview process. Great company to work for. Most of the candidates were engineers, with 5 or 6 supply chain management majors thrown in there. Not sure if Pepsi was looking more for engineers than supply chain majors.
