Entretien
First I introduced myself at the Career Fair at my Campus. That night I applied online for the Intern Position. A month later I was invited for a 30 minute interview. A few months later I received a formal offer for 2 locations.
The actual interview was good. It wasn't too long, Around 30 minutes. Arrive 10-15 minutes early, dress Business Professional, for men make sure you shave and clean up, have several questions prepared to ask at the end, bring a copy of your resume on resume paper, do research beforehand (know products sold in country you are applying for, basic business operations, their values, etc.), and practice practice practice.

3) give me an example where you had to make an executive decision
4) tell me what it was like to supervise at _______ (I was a supervisor at a retail store)
5) what are 3 strengths

7) tell me about yourself
It was not too hard of a process, asked basic behavioral questions. it was a couple rounds but nothing tehcnical, wanted to see how you work with conflict and in team settings

It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well

EASY, QUICK, SMOOTH, FUN, exciting, interesting, inspiring, anxiety, clam. these are the type of thoughts that come to mind when looking back on the interviewing process. Super swift and calm environment and easy questions to respond to.
