I did the application online, about a week later I received a phone interview. They informed me to come in for a 1:1 interview with the manager. 2 days later did a background check, that took one week to come back. Then I got a call asking me to do a drug screening.

The first stage of the interview was a quick background check with the recruiter.
The next stage was just behavioral questions to have a better understanding of your prior experience, lasted roughly 30 minutes.

Typical 5 star process the hiring manager was very 1. 2. 3. She seemed nervous and u sure but all and all was okay. She ask about 3 questions looking for the problem I faced and how I overcame it in the work enviorment.

it was a one - on - one zoom call that lasted about 15 minutes. It was straight forward with about 5-8 questions and then sharing info about the position.
