Entretien
The process was pretty easy and painless. First email from the recruiter asked me to complete an online assessment. I was a bit intimidated with it at first (after looking at some sample questions), but it was not terrible. I them had a phone interview with the recruiter and a coupe days later she set me up with a phone interview with two other managers. Both interviews were straight forward.

Entretien
I was in the process of the initial phone interview. I so appreciated the PeopleAdmin recruiter being so open and honest with me at the very beginning of the process. She saw my experience and level of leadership and said she wanted to ensure that she was not wasting my time. She asked me a question that did cause me to say they I would not take the position if offered, but I so appreciated her asking this question at the beginning and not waiting until the end. If the PeopleAdmin ever have a managerial position in implementation, I will be sure to apply.
