Questions d'entretien chez Penguin Computing

This was an extremely strange interview process. I spoke with 3 individuals regarding this role and was told that the third interview would be the end of the process. However, then I was asked to speak to a fourth individuals and did so. Up to this point 3 of my 4 interviews had gone very well. Penguin then contacted my references, before they were sure they would offer a job. They sent me to interview with a 5th person who became fixated on several short stints on my resume. There was no offer, yet they contacted my references. Quite unprofessional if you ask me.

The interview process was as straightforward as could be expected for a job of this kind. Given that I do not have much experience, I was not surprised by the kinds of questions they asked.
