The interview to offer procedure took 4 business days. I had 4 interviews on a Wednesday with 4 different people, a request to fill out an application on Friday, and a job offer on Monday. Each phone interview was with, hiring manager, lead technician on the team, the director of the team and the HR director. I thought I blew the interview when the hiring manager said that he had nothing else at 11 minutes in to the interview. At 15 minutes in to the interview, he said that I would be a good fit.
