Had to speak with the local manager as well as the regional manager for the team. Went into depth on industry experience and building referral relationships within a territory. I also was given an assignment to conduct a mock prospect meeting with the manager - they provided the background information on Paylocity and the prospect and it was up to me to design the meeting and talk through the sales process. Also had to connect with a few local reps on the team.

It was 2:1 interview style
They asked questions about previous sales expirence and relationship building. They were very clear on the role, and were open to any questions. I personally asked a lot and they were chill but respectable people
Many interview steps but overall a good process. You will need to do a mock presentation and conduct many meetings including Director, VP, SVP, recruiter, and day in the life with another account executive
