Phone interview was set up for a pre-screening, lasting around 30 minutes. Its important to nail this and to come prepared when it comes to knowing the company and what your duties may be. If you get past there, you'll be invited to a group interview with 3 hiring managers. Overall even though I love this company and will continue to try and apply to work here, the turnover is very low. People love working here! So I was disappointed to say the least that my interview was lack-luster and wasn't considered. Its easy to fit into the culture if you love helping people and being busy, but there's something more they want from their employees that is not too obvious.
