I had two interviews. The first was a phone interview with a recruiter and the second was an hour zoom meeting with two hiring managers. The interviews went very well and they were very helpful. The hiring managers asked great questions and were very engaged. After my second interview, the recruiter followed up a couple of days later. However, after that email, I got very little information. I was told I would hear "early next week" with next steps. I followed up again after 2 weeks, and was met with the same response. The third time I followed up I just did not get a response. It is frustrating that they just never followed up. If I did not get the position, at least tell me and follow through.
