Applied online then got an email a week later from a recruiter with set of questions. I sent a word document with all the answers and gave my availability if I was to move forward. Since it's paylocity, I was hoping they were personable and be considerate of the time I spent typing up my answers. After 2 weeks, I get no response so I emailed for an update. The next day, I get an auto reply saying the position is no longer in existence and I should apply for another one. SERIOUSLY? Why don't you at least be considerate and reached out if it was no longer a position in existence. I'm obviously upset because I went out of my way to answer the questions and they just drop you like a fly. DO BETTER.

The leadership didnt seem engaged in interviews, i felt left out as women of color, didnt seem genuine about finding someone for the role, felt like they did the interview just to check off a box

Went well, went into the 2nd interview with the hiring manager, went really well. Was told I would here back by end of the day or at the latest, the next day.. I never heard back. I emailed the recruiter and nothing. Go on the careers website just to see the role was filled days ago. Was absolutely ghosted. So unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. I understand if I wasn't the right fit, but it is common courtesy to communicate with candidates whose time you've wasted. Twice.
