Multiple phone interviews with varying people. Additionally in person meeting and ride along with current employees were held before getting the offer. Was a great experience but took a bit of time.

They asked questions about previous sales expirence and relationship building. They were very clear on the role, and were open to any questions. I personally asked a lot and they were chill but respectable people
Many interview steps but overall a good process. You will need to do a mock presentation and conduct many meetings including Director, VP, SVP, recruiter, and day in the life with another account executive
