1 final round face to face case study interview with a Director - same structure as the interviews with the consultants.

- Briefing by recruitment staff of interview process - listen to their advice, this team's role is really to help the candidates trough the process
- 3 case study interviews that usually include 2-3 standard questions and motivations, values and interpersonal skills - prepare for the case study even if you are an experienced consultant. One of the guy's I reported into did not make it through the cases despite 10+ years of consulting experience. Look at the services they offer on their website and which industries they appear to be strong in. the cases are all real ex-engagements
