The interview process was very professional for the environment. They asked good questions relating to the job. They answered all of my questions in regards to the schedule, pay, incentives, etc. The entire staff was friendly while I was there and I was able to get a feel for the workplace and the environment. Although my interview was not at a prime breakfast or lunch time I thought this helped because my interviewer was not distracted.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
