Questions were easy, they are really looking for outgoing, bubbly and friendly people. Shy and quiet people usually don't get hired. Don't take this job if you cannot be on your feet for 5-6 hours straight or even longer. Food is OK - it is good that it is healthy at least.

Question 1
Imagine you have been at Panera for a while and you have a busy lunch rush and you see your coworker 'eyeballing' the amount of chicken needed on a sandwich instead of using the proper scoop, you can tell he has about the correct amount. You are busy doing something and customers are waiting in line. Do you go find the scoop to help your coworker properly measure the amount of chicken or let him continue to eyeball it and keep doing your work?
