Seen a Ad on Job Indeed, put a application in and like 3 days got a call, went for a interview, and then put in a official application and got a call back for the job. The process was slow! But they didn't make me wait until a background check to work.. I don't even know if they checked my background. It took like almost 3 weeks to actually start working.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
