Submitted my resume online via CraigsList. Received an email a few days later, requesting an interview at a specific time and location. It was an early morning interview, right as the cafe opened. Came in and sat with the BMM, reviewing my previous experience and qualifications. I did have baking/pastry education and some work in a bakery. Discussed what was expected of me, including the fact it's overnight hours and was worried about how I'd handle it and a second job. Gave me a brief tour of the facility, and then said he was going to forward my information to a second BMM for a second interview. Traveled out to another cafe for another interview (this one at the start of the night) and discussed whether I'd be open to working other locations, if I preferred full time or part time, things like that. Second BMM told me I'd hear back from the first one soon. A few days later I got a call, first BMM asked me to come in and fill out the paperwork and schedule me for Planet Bread (orientation). Had me sign an offer sheet and some other paperwork, then told me where and when to show for orientation, and the schedule for after that.
