I applied online to more than one store and approximately within 2 to 3 weeks a manager from the closest Panera asked me to come in for an interview. I got interviewed by the general manager on the 27th and it was the most chillest interview I've ever had, no hard questions were asked just ones like why I wanted to work there, have I ate there before, what was my favorite thing on the menu, my availability & how long I was planning to work there etc. basic stuff like that. I got hired on the spot, and was told to come back the next day (today) to fill out paper work, be showed around and look at a few training videos.
