Quick and simple. I sat down at a table inside and talked to the store manager. It was a group interview as well. It was awkward. Everyone got hired. I can now see why.

I did not end up taking the job. The job consists of part time and non part time work. Very good company. I would reccomend to a friend. The work environment is postive and they are very considerate to work for. I think you should apply for this position if you get the chance
