They had a sign for mass hiring so I submitted my application in person to the manager. Got a call to interview a few days later. Went it in one afternoon, came in the next day for paperwork and I started the following weekend. Interview itself wasn't that hard, just the usual series of questions.

very quick and easy. I applied online and then went in person to have an interview with the general manager. Just a couple of questions about availability and experience (I had none but they trained me and it was pretty easy)
