It was pretty easy going, the manager was very calm and interested mostly in hearing about myself and what I could offer towards Panera. The manager also asked about things such as my schooling situation, what hours I would be able to work, and things such as that

Entretien
1) Inform a member that you're there for an application
2) Sit and wait for the manager to come and speak to you
3) They will ask a few questions then say we'll call you back

It was fine and not that bad. It was just fairly easy because I was transferred from another Panera Bread. They asked me simple questions based on my experience in the food industry.
