I found that the Panera in the next city over from me was hiring through indeed.com. I called up to double check. The girl sounded nice and told me they needed people are were in fact hiring. I filled out an application online and I also went in the next day to turn in my resume. I got a call 5 days later asking to schedule an interview for that Friday. I dressed nice, and prepared myself for the interview by looking up information through this site and researching the company as well. When I got there, I told the cashier I was there for an interview and she had me wait for the shift supervisor to come out. I waited about 10 minutes before she came up to me and told me that the assistant manager was going to interview me instead. So I waited another 10-15 minutes for him to come up to me. Surprisingly he was super nice and had a great personality. We ended up talking for 45 minutes about a lot of things, answering interview questions throughout it. We concluded the interview and he said it was a pleasure meeting with me, and told me that I should expect a call for a second interview sometime for the following Monday. Sure enough on Sunday I got a call from the Shift Supervisor to set up an interview for the next day on Monday at 2:45. I showed up around 2:35 and waited in the back area of the dining room for her to come back. This interview was much shorter but she was still very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. After about 5 minutes she told me I was hired and that I need to get my food handlers card before I can start. This happened today and I'm so excited for my orientation on Thursday! These were fantastic interviews and it was an over all very pleasant experience.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
None of the questions were very hard. But there was one question that the assistant manager asked me specifically to see if I would get it right.
"As a customer, who I the most important person you see when you walk in a restaurant?"

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
