I haven't been able to get past the telephone interview phase because they are setting up interviews and then not calling this tells me that they're either too busy or they don't think that my time is valuable

Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.
