J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Panera Bread (Edison, NJ) en juill. 2017
Entretien
The interviewer was a manager, and they were very unprofessional and asked extremely basic and terrible generic questions that didn't seem to have any value in gauging my ability to perform and learn well in the specified environment.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Panera Bread (Fort Worth, TX)
Entretien
Casual interview process, so you can wear t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The interview was only get-to-know you questions and then asking when you can start from what I can remember.
The interview was brief and friendly. The manager asked about my availability, teamwork, and kitchen experience, plus how I handle customers, pressure, and cleanliness. I explained my skills and enthusiasm.
