First I had an over the phone interview. Basic questions were asked to assess skills and personality fit. After that a Skype interview was scheduled (worked for corporate in a different state). The Skype interview went great, more of a casual conversation, explaining more about the role and the company. Used to assess fit to the "Panera Warmth".
