I sent in my resume, as I saw an opening position on Kijiji. I also went to the Panera Bread location, to submit my resume. I got an interview on the spot. When I went in for my interview, I waited over half an hour as the general manager was busy. She asked me casual questions, and the interview ended in 10 minutes. I got a call back the following week and started training the following weekend.

The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
