At a university career fair, was contacted by an recruiter who was also an engineer. I went through four phone interviews but was not invited to interview on-site. The first interview was casual, and mostly a chance for the recruiter to talk about company culture, my personal skills, and about the role I was interviewing for. During the second interview, I talked to a recruiter who asked about soft skills. In the third interview, I talked to a Palantir engineer who asked me questions about testing. The final interview was a technical interview in which I was asked to code on a HackerRank IDE.
