Lengthy process that ended with me getting to the final round, but not getting the job. Due to company policy, they were not able to provide me any feedback. It would be nice to know what I could've done better to improve so that it wasn't a waste of my time. Seems like a terrible culture anyways so probably a blessing in disguise.

Too many rounds. Good team. Easy questions. Recruiter was on top of the process. Some rounds were trickier than others. The head of sales no showed to the first scheduled interview then i had to reschedule. They didn’t give any feedback at the end which was head scratching
