First round was Karat 1-hour leetcode style interview. The interviewer was professional and very nice. Overall a positive experience. The second round was a 30 mins recruiter call, also a very nice interview to get to know about this position and the company more. The third round was a 2-hour virtual onsite with 2 different interviewers. I genuinely thought I did well but turns out I got rejected. In the end when I kindly asked for feedback, they wouldn't provide any due to company policy. The overall interview process was positive, but I really dislike the policy about not giving feedback after having invested so much time into the interview process. I respect the decision but I at least wish to know how I can improve for future interviews.

Overall the interview process was great, if not a bit long. The recruiting team was very responsive and friendly, oftentimes getting back to me very quickly after rounds. However, the number of rounds and the time between them still drew the process out to be a bit longer than I expected. Questions were not the most 'technically' challenging, but it definitely felt more so that the assessment was done with small questions looking to see if the way you think and approach problems, as well as your willingness to work with the interviewer. Got to meet a lot of interesting people through the process working on different projects. Definitely a great way to learn about the company and the work you may be doing.
