J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies en oct. 2014

Applied online, contacted by a recruiter after a few weeks, asked me to take a 90-minute programming challenge. Challenge could be done in any language, but had strict 90 minutes limit, could do it whenever was convenient for me. Challenge asked me to create an algorithm to solve a game based on a sort of convoluted riddle they came up with. I didn't end up finishing in time, and was told a few days later that I would not be moving on with the process.

Question 1
The time limit was really tough, I came up with a really good solution in the last 20 minutes, but didn't have time to get rid of the stuff I had been working on and fully implement the correct solution. If I had been on the phone with an interviewer, I could have at least explained what I was thinking and perhaps gotten a little more credit for my idea.

Recruiter screening call, gauging interest. They were mainly interested in learning more about me, and how my expericnes may align with the role and company. Got the interview before any online assessment was shared, directly after a cold application.

Process was long and drawn out, with multiple different rounds of interviews. After the onsite, I had another interview with a hiring manager where he asked me even more technical questions.
