J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies
Entretien
1 year ago a recruiter invited me via LI to a phone screen. We had a 1h long chat which was followed by a quick rejection as I 'wasn't a right fit for any of the roles'. A few months ago I started receiving messages from the same recruiter again. She wanted to talk about my new experiences and after a while I agreed for our next call. It was another 1 hour of asking me about my previous internships and future goals (which are, well, strictly related to software engineering), followed by checking my knowledge of what Palantir does (I semi-quoted their website). The recruiter sounded deeply disappointed with all of my answers and finished the call stating that 'she has no idea why I even applied to Palantir'. When. I. Didn't. She was bombarding my Linkedin inbox for a year, claiming that I look like a great fit (whatever that is). In general, it was a very stressful experience and a huge waste of time.

Just the pre-screen behavioral round, was asked: why are you choosing to get your master's degree, what classes do you enjoy, what are you looking for in an internship? Seemed like just a deep dive on my interests, didn't even ask why palantir.
