After submitting my resume, I had a 45 minute phone screening. Most of the questions dealt with my project experience, as well as my coding skills. After the phone screening I was given an assignment using analyzethe.us, which I completed in a few hours. Finally, I was given four on-site interviews that again focused on my project experience and my critical thinking skills. It was an overall positive experience, and I still admire what the company does even though I didn't get the offer.
