I first received a call from a recruiter with a pre-screen. After spending 15-20 minutes on the phone, I was scheduled for a second phone interview with a lead on the Support Team. After a 45 minute conversation assessing my technical skills and chatting about my personality and such, I was invited in for a face-to-face interview in the swanky NY office. I interviewed with the same gentleman i spoke with over the phone for about 40 minutes in a large conference room. Again, I was asked more personal questions as opposed to my technical skills. After chatting, I interviewed via Video Conference with the manager of the Technical Support team who was based in Palo Alto. Again, this was more personality based rather than technical.
