A few emails prior to scheduling an onsite interview. Interviewer was very straight forward and upfront with job description and what assistance was needed on the team. I appreciate the honesty of the interviewer. Company is growing quickly and looking to fulfill each specific role when the right person comes up. They are in no rush to fill positions as quick as possible. I think its great they are being selective and want to make sure the right person is hired for each position.

I was asked one process questions, pretty straight forward how would you design an airport, with one walkway toward flights and two towards baggage claim, or two walkways towards flights and one towards baggage claim? What problems may arise with each option?

Back to back interviews with 4-5 stakeholders. Mostly generic behavioural questions with a couple of technical ones.
Enjoyed the process and learning about some of the palantir’s offerings. Quite good with follow ups too.

Phone interview as the first round screen. Hiring manager as the second round. Third round is the controller. Case study with 2 hour time limit. Future round includes interviews with head of revenue, tax and legal teams.

Terrible but alright questions. Nice room but dangerous.
I Cut myself on the desk and bled everywhere and the girl threw up. Accused her of weak stomach then felt bad. Told them accountants hate being in the red, because of the blood. Thought it would be funny. Wasn't taken that way though. As we were leaving I made a joke how that was a bad interview, and asked if I could use the washroom to leave an upper decker, as it couldn't get much worse. They seemed awkward then. I did use the washroom but it didn't have a lid I could remove. 3 / 10
