1.5 months end to end. Screening: recruiter then a DS 1:1 : was pretty standard - prep a bit about your why palantir/ds story perfectly and also know about their products like foundry & gotham. Onsite: 3 rounds (analytical, open ended, behavioral). Analytical: case study on real world issues like supply chains, etc - very data heavy btw; be really prepared with data tables and picking which datasets actually matter Open ended: basically a mini case study; they push back a lot on your logic just to see if you fold under pressure. Behavioral: focused on turning points in your career - wins/fails/collab, etc. Final was with a hiring manager but that’s pretty much surface level. For prep, I mixed things up: read recent blind and reddit threads to get a gist for the decomp and analytical style, practiced structuring case/ambiguous questions, did a mock on prepfully with an ex palantir coach and also sketched out frameworks for storytelling & stakeholder scenarios.

Started with a quick review of my recent experiences and behavioral questions, and then jumped into a SQL interview. It was mostly a large code file which had a lot of bugs in it that had to be fixed.
