J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paddle (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2024
Entretien
The process consisted of four stages in total.
First HR interview, then with a team lead, then technical assignment, and lastly a software design and live coding interview
The first two stages are easy, I suggest prepare software design in beforehand

Entretien
The interview process took place over multiple stages and ran over around 4 weeks (was longer than usual due to summer holidays). The entire process took place over email and zoom.
Initial call with the recruiter to discuss the position, understand more about my experience, suitability for the role, as well as a chance for me to ask questions about the company.
The first stage interview takes place with two senior-level engineers who go through your CV with you to understand more about your experience from a more detailed technical perspective. If this interview goes well, you'll be given a code test to complete within 2 hours of starting. The code test is focused more on the real world rather than out-of-context algorithmic questions.
If you're successful with the first stage, you'll move to the values interview with 2 members of the team. The values interview is a series of questions for the interviewers to find out whether you'd fit into the Paddle culture. They give you material to prepare for this.
After the values interview, you'll move on to the final technical interview. This is a long (1h 30m) interview with multiple steps such as going over the code you wrote in your code test, doing some basic system design on a whiteboard.
