Phone interview to narrow down the candidates. Employer was interested in why you wanted to work for Puma, did you have apparel or retail design experience. How well you work when collaborating with other Designers and Art Directors as well as salary history.
A pesar de que todas las entrevistas a las que pude asistir fueron bastante profesionales, el equipo de recursos humanos no mantuvo contacto constante y tuve que estar persiguiéndolos para saber más información sobre el proceso.

The interview process was friendly and casual. There were 4 interviews always with the same person, and people from the team were added in the different interviews. I also had to submit a design assignment.
