The first interview was held with the store's HR manager. This consisted mainly a one on one conversation, while I described my strengths and weaknesses and past work experiences. My second interview was with the Department Head, it was an altogether short and informal interview. However, I suspected he simply wanted to get a "read on me" for himself.
