Was interviewed by 2 managers, and they just asked me situations and how I responded to the situations. The STAR system was implemented. Interviewers were SUPER nice, it took 2 hours but it wasn't too stressful or bad.

When was a time you made a mistake and how did you respond to it.
They mostly use the STAR Method for interviewing. I interviewed with 3 different people at the management level. Positive experience overall. There's also a screening with HR prior to the in-person interview.

Basically was a phone conversation and they asked me a few questions about certain situations and how I'd respond to them. They also asked me what my future entailed and how PPD fit into that timeline.

3 interviews in one day, 1 over webex 1 in person & 1 over the phone. They were spread out from 9 - 3 PM so it was a long day. Received an offer the next day. the pay for this position is half of their competitors , no negotiating and they only gave me 10 hours to give a decision.
