The online application is just the right length, the phone screen is very informal, the actual interview is long (but recruiters are very friendly), and the job offer comes sooner than you expect. Make sure that if you get a 1:1 interview you prepare enough scenarios for behavioral questions, since you get interviewed by three different department heads.
