I applied online. A few weeks later, a recruiter contacted me and did a phone screening. Then a phone interview with a person based in a different location was set up. The interview was not difficult; I explained my background and why I was very interested in the position. According to the recruiter, the person enjoyed the phone call. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager at the office. It turned out that his expectations about the position were different from the job description - I think that the jot description was written by someone else. He was a very nice person, but it was apparent that he was not interested in my experience and potential. At the end of the interview, he told me that the recruiter would contact me again about the result soon. However, I didn't receive any updates.
