Friendly process overall. They don't rush you and in most cases they even try to relax the atmosphere if they can sense the person is getting nervous. One thing they really value is honesty. I recommend being honest and not making up answers if you don't know about a subject or topic that they ask about.

online aptitude test > interview > offer .
I recommend anyone who gets an interview to start the security clearance right away, it takes a while to get authorized.

Entretien
It was a standard 2 hour interview with 2 senior members of the plant. It was a relaxed atmosphere and for the most part the focused on behavioral questions.
