Interview process was four or five rounds with sequentially more senior people, culminating with ceo and coo. Initial phone screens with recruiter, then spoke several times with with higher inflation manager. Subsequent rounds had me meet with other employees on the same team as as well as other business partners. Felt that part of the process was to make sure I felt okta was a good fit for me as much as making sure I was a good fit for them.

Hiring manager plus 6 other interviews followed by 6 for another role. Unstructured, disorganized and not super thoughtful about the candidate experience. Did not have a chance to ask questions in most of these interviews. Follow up and follow through was poor.
